Speaker

DEFINITION :  A speaker in a poem is the one who is telling the story.

EXAMPLE :  Blow, blow, thou winter wind by William Shakespeare
speaker - a person who is upset about
                                                                            friendship

SIGNIFICANCE :  A speaker is very important in a poem because the speaker is the one
who is telling the story to the readers. Also, the writer and the speaker
of a poem can be different, so some people get confused.
